Biophysics Pashchim (BPP)
BioPhysics Pashchim (BPP) is an informal meeting of Biophysicists from Mumbai and Pune.
The scientists from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) Mumbai, Indian Institute of Techonology (IIT) Bombay, Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) meet twice a year .
Since 2011 the meetings have been hosted by every participating institute. The spirit of these meetings is to have intense yet informal biophysics discussions and provide a platform for collaborations. BPP has always focused on extensive student participation in every aspect of these meetings.
